These terms govern your use of the CoinMarketPulse app and website ("the app"), provided by Recreation Technologies ("we", "us"). By downloading, using, or browsing the app, you agree to these terms.
CoinMarketPulse displays market data — prices, charts, rankings, and third-party exchange announcements — for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile; decisions you make based on data shown in the app are your own responsibility.
Prices and market data come from third-party providers and are shown as close to real time as those sources allow. We don't guarantee the data is complete, accurate, or free of delay, and we're not liable for decisions made based on it.
Signing in with Google is optional and only used to sync your watchlist and portfolio across devices and the website. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone signed into that account on any device can see and edit your synced data.
The optional Ad-Free subscription (Android app only) is sold and billed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Ad-Free access until the end of the period you already paid for.
The app and website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recreation Technologies is not liable for any loss — including financial loss from trading or investment decisions — arising from your use of the app or website.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
